If you’re looking for the best Blackwood River camping experience, then look no further. This is private camping with a difference!
Barrabup Sanctuary has two large private camping areas and booking one of our campsites entitles you to the entire campsite area. That means it’s all yours, whether it’s for 2 people or a large group of friends and family.
The campsites are on the banks of the Blackwood River and they are an ideal base from which to explore Nannup and the surrounding south west region of WA. Easily accessible from the main road, there is plenty of space for camper trailers or caravans, plus tents and gazebos. You can enjoy the serenity of the area for a single night or longer stay.
Optional catering for your camping trip is available through Hemp'N'Healthy who operate on site at Barrabup Sanctuary. Please contact Hemp'N'Healthy directly for current menus and offerings.

Our campsites are not powered. You are welcome to bring your own generator.
We have rubbish disposal facilities on site. We kindly request that you minimise packaging waste, bottles, etc. Composting facilities are available for green scraps.
Location
Barrabup Sanctuary is 15 minutes from the town of Nannup where guests will find grocery stores, a post office, petrol station, liquor store, gifts, specialty shops and a visitors centre.
Please note that due to the remote location, WIFI and mobile signals are not generally available at the campsites. You can access a signal by heading “up the hill” a bit.

$20 per person, per night
Under 18 years old camp free
Please enquire for rates on extended stays. Check in from 2pm, check out by 10am. Earlier check in can sometimes be arranged if required.
Pets
Please note that pets are not permitted at Barrabup Sanctuary out of consideration for our resident local wildlife.
