These Terms & Conditions of use only apply to Total Hemp Company Australia Pty Ltd and do not apply to any of the other businesses featured on this site, including any external websites that have been linked to.

Our Service
Our Service allows you to view and purchase a range of products by Total Hemp Company Australia. In addition, we provide the arrangement of product delivery and applicable customer service activities.
Products
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description and representation of our products, however we cannot guarantee that product labelling, colouring, scents and descriptions will always exactly match those pictured on our website. Natural food, skincare and therapeutic products tend to vary slightly from batch to batch. We attempt to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.
Please note that all of the hemp products on our website are legal for use and/or consumption within Australia. If you are ordering from outside Australia, we encourage you to check your country’s laws around the use and purchase of hemp products. Total Hemp Company will not be liable for any shipments that are detained due to a difference in local laws and customers will not be eligible for refund.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, effective immediately upon posting to the website or other form of notification.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the products that you have ordered and the location of your delivery address. Please see the “Shipping and Returns” page for further details. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed on the website before you place your order.
Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If ordering from outside Australia, you may need to pay import duties or taxes upon receipt of the products. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included in the purchase price. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders
The website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before sending it. Please review and check your order before completing. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate (for example selection of the correct products, quantities, size, colour, etc.). This also includes your personal information. Total Hemp Company Australia is not liable for any losses occurring as a result of being provided incorrect customer shipping address, contact details or other information.
We reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason. For example, if the product ordered is out of stock or is not available for any other reason.
After your purchase, you may receive a notification to leave optional product reviews for the items you purchased on our website. The review app is managed by a third party and your customer information is used for the purpose of sending you a review request only. By making a purchase on our website you consent to receiving these notifications but do not have to participate.
